Hey peeps!! I have to apologize for MIA!! My schedule lately has been really hectic. And I could only be blogging sporadically unfortunately. You might find me blogging here and there and suddenly nothing till much later! Please bear with me ya...
I'm not sure when i could be blogging on regular basis but rest assure i'd still be around! Hehe....makeup is still my love~~~ =D
I would probably shift the focus for this blog towards more reviews, Looks and probably some haul stuffs.... yes although i'm on a makeup ban that failed miserably due to Stage's sales!!! omg... lol..
Alright...here comes the swatches + a mini review of Ed Pinaud Eyeshadow Palette in No. 3
Swatched without any primer nor base.
Beautiful gold casing with mirror, a plastic cover attached to protect the eyeshadows and 1 sponge tip, 1 brush applicators. Comes with a small black velvet pouch too. Looks very elegant, something which I would be proud to pull out of my purse to do touch ups with. =)
They are quite well pressed into the pan and have minimal fallout. Does not feel chalky or gritty. Powder feels rather smooth.
As you can see from the swatches, they are rather pigmented.
The shimmer shades blends like a dream while the matte shade(3) takes abit more time to blend out.
Price: 5/5 because it comes free with a magazine that costs $6.90? or $5.90 heh...
I'm actually quite impressed with this eyeshadow palette. Love the colours, the packaging. It does have a slight fragrance to it but not something that would bother most people. It has 3 shimmery and 1 matte shade, suitable for people who wants different eyeshadow finishes. I'd say this palette is waaaay better than the single eyeshadow ones I had in the previous magazine gift(The previous Ed Pinaud single eyeshadow i own is in blue.)
What's up next?
More reviews on eyeshadow palettes, mascaras...etc
Stage, ELF and some random hauls
